Privacy Policy of iZii Application

Evotech Technology Development Joint Stock Company (“Evotech JSC.”) informs you and requires your consent and permission to process, collect and store your data for the purpose of providing services services to you during your use of the iZii Mobile Application (hereinafter referred to as the “iZii App”) as set forth in this Privacy Policy. Evotech JSC. committed to comply with and keep your information private and secure in accordance with the provisions of the law. By logging into the system, you acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy, and authorize us to collect, use, disclose and/or process your personal data as set forth in the Privacy Policy. This authorization will remain in effect and commence from the moment you first log in until you decide to withdraw your consent or terminate automatically in the cases required by law. If you do not consent to the processing of your data in accordance with this provision, please do not use our services or access our platform or immediately notify us of your disagreement in the event you have previously agreed to.

Our iZii application may contain links to other websites that we do not control. Evotech Technology Development Joint Stock Company, which owns and operates the iZii application, is not responsible for the privacy policies or their implementation of other Websites to which you connect from the iZii Application. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those other Websites so you can understand how they collect, use and share your information.

The iZii application, to the extent appropriate for the purpose of providing the service to you and subject to provision in your sole discretion, collects personal data in a number of ways from various categories on its platform. Includes the following information:

1. Full name;
2. Employee code in the company you are working for;
3. The name of the company you are working for;
4. Working location;
5. Phone number
6. Information on residence (including permanent residence or temporary residence or current residence or contact address);
7. Photos of individuals;
8. Any other data and information that you actively provide through our platform during the use of the service. 

If you provide personal data of any third party to us, you represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent, license and permission from that third party to share and transfer their personal data to us and for us to collect, store, use, disclose and/or process such data in accordance with this Policy. You must send us legal documentation proving that you have obtained consent and permission.

Depending on your relationship with us, the personal data we collect from you may be collected, used and disclosed for the following (incomplete) purposes:

1. To verify your identity and to manage accounts you may have set up with us;

2. To provide services to you, specifically herein related to ordering food in our kitchens;

3. To process food order requests you submit via the iZii App;

4. To verify and process your successful food receipt, and to determine your identity for meal value aggregation with your company and fraud detection purposes;

5. Communicating with you to process and respond to your queries, feedback, complaints or disputes, whether directly or through any outsourced customer service providers;

6. To inform you of the products and services offered by the iZii Application or its partner companies, or to obtain your opinion about current products and services or new potential services;

7. To send you promotional/promotional material from any of our affiliates (if any), whether directly or through any of our advertising and strategic partners;

8. To improve this iZii Application; to improve the services and products sold;

9. To provide you with information that we think you may find useful or that you have requested from us, including information about our or our affiliates' products and services , provided you do not express an objection to being contacted for such purposes;

10. Comply with a court order or other legal process or other legal and/or regulatory requirements of any government and/or regulatory agency; and

11. Any purposes described to you at the time of collection of your personal data.

Your data will be stored and processed in whole or in part in Vietnam. If you access the iZii Application from a location outside Vietnam, such use constitutes your consent to the transfer of your data outside of that country/region and to Vietnam. Your personal information and/or data may be transferred abroad, stored or processed outside of your country for one or more Purposes. Evotech JSC. will only transfer your personal data abroad in accordance with the provisions of the law on the protection of personal data.

By providing your information, you consent to Evotech JSC., its affiliated companies, affiliated units and affiliated members of Evotech JSC. may use your information in accordance with the above purposes and as required by law.

We may also use your contact information to send other notifications about updates at the iZii App. The content and frequency of these notifications will vary depending on the information we have about you. You have the right to choose to receive information and notifications including, but not limited to, free newsletters from the iZii App relating to topics that may be of particular interest to you.

When you choose to share and publicize your personal data on the iZii Application, you are agreeing to and authorizing Evotech JSC exclusively. share such information on the iZii App, unless specifically stated otherwise.

We do not disclose to third parties your personal information, combined personal and demographic information, or information about your use of the iZii App (such as your ordered list, list to receive meals), except for the following cases:

1. We may disclose such information to third parties if you consent. 

Evotech JSC. may send your Personal Data, food ordering and receiving meals data to the Company you are working for, including in the case of complying with the instructions of the Company you are working for. Your personal data transferred to the Company you are working for in this way is handled in accordance with the Evotech JSC.'s Privacy Statement and personal data protection policies in accordance with applicable laws.

If you are a Partner Company, you agree to comply with all responsibilities of the Personal Data Controller and/or the Controller and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection policies and rules for the collection, processing and storage of Personal Data as well as providing adequate protection for all data subject rights provided under all applicable data protection rules.

2. We may disclose such information to companies and individuals we operate with to perform our functions on our behalf. For example, hosting web servers, analyzing data, providing marketing assistance, and customer service. These companies and individuals will access your personal information as needed to perform their functions, but do not share it with any other third parties. 

3. We may disclose such information if required by law, or from a governmental agency, or if we believe such action is necessary to: (a) comply with legal requirements or pursuant to legal process; (b) protect the rights or property of Evotech JSC., or its partner companies; (c) prevent crime or protect national security; or (d) protect the personal safety of users or the public.

4. We may disclose and transfer such information to a third party, who acquires all or a majority of Evotech JSC's business, by association, consolidation or acquisition of the whole company. Also, in the case of Evotech JSC. becomes the subject of a bankruptcy proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, then Evotech JSC. or the trustee may sell, authorize or otherwise disclose such information during a transfer approved by the bankruptcy court.

5. We may use your name, your company's name or logo, or other information about or from advertisements. For example, company names or logos may be used in newspaper advertisements, direct mail, sales vehicles, posters and other materials relating to the iZii Application or other properties of Evotech JSC.

The personal information provided by you becomes part of the iZii Application's database, but cannot be accessed by anyone but you, Evotech JSC. and related company without your consent.

If you choose not to register or provide personal information, you will not be able to log in and use the iZii App.

We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You can edit or delete your profile at any time by clicking on the “User” screen or on the image provided by the system as soon as you log in. for a period of time, no matter where you are in the iZii App, your information will remain intact until you tap on “Log Out” which is a link accessible from the desktop "User" image.

If you are a registered user and have forgotten your password, you can get it back by notifying the Manager at the Company you are working for.

Your iZii Apps account can be deleted, but doing so will result in inability to access any features that require login. We will or may keep an archived copy of your account upon request.

Always remember that any time you voluntarily disclose and make your personal information public on the internet, that information may be collected and used by others for purposes beyond your control and ours.

Other than the administrator of the iZii Application or another authorized individual of the iZii Application, you are the only person with access to your personal information. Your subscription is password protected to prevent unauthorized access.

Finally, you are solely responsible for keeping your password and/or any account information confidential. Therefore, please be careful and responsible with your activities. We recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone. The iZii app never asks for your password over the phone or via email voluntarily. For your safety, you may want to go online as soon as you finish using the iZii Application. This ensures that your personal information and correspondence cannot be accessed by others if you share a computer with someone or use the computer in a public place such as a library or Internet cafe.

Unfortunately, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. Therefore, although we do our best to protect your personal information as required by law by taking all necessary technical and legal measures, the iZii Application may not be able to warrant or undertake the security of any information you transmit to us or from our online service, and you do so at your own risk. As soon as we receive the information you submit, we will do our best to keep it safe on our system.

You are an employee working legally for the company, that means your age is met according to the labor conditions of the current Law (from 15 years old and above). Children cannot sign in to this app. The iZii application cannot collect and share personal information about users under the age of 13 with third parties. In addition, iZii App will not send any direct emails asking users to notify they are under 13 years old.

You may at any time notify the withdrawal of your consent to the continued use, disclosure, storage and/or processing of your personal data for any of the purposes as mentioned above by contacting us. We will respond to your request as soon as possible to confirm your withdrawal of consent.

Note that if you withdraw your consent to our use, disclosure, storage or processing of your personal data for the Purposes as set out above, we may not continue continue to provide services to you or perform any contractual terms with you, nor shall we be liable in the event that we do not continue to provide the services, or perform our contract with you. In such event, our legal rights and remedies will expressly still be reserved.

We reserve the right to change and update this Privacy Policy at any time, as long as these updates and changes are not contrary to applicable law. This change or update will be communicated to all users on our Platform.
